• Audio data: Voice input is streamed in real-time to our translation service and is not stored after the session ends.
• Transcript data: Translated text may be temporarily stored during an active session to display your conversation history.
• Session metadata: Language preferences and session identifiers used to manage your translation sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide real-time voice translation services
• Display conversation transcripts during your session
• Improve translation quality and app performance

3. Audio Processing

Your voice audio is processed in real-time through Azure OpenAI's Realtime API. Audio streams are used exclusively for translation and are not retained, recorded, or used for training purposes by TranslateTalk. Please refer to Microsoft's data privacy policy for details on how Azure OpenAI processes data.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Session transcripts are stored in our database during active sessions. We do not sell, share, or distribute your conversation data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

TranslateTalk uses the following third-party services:

• Azure OpenAI: For real-time voice translation and AI processing
• Vercel: For web application hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
